Our service package covers different types of air conditioning equipment including Split AC unit, Ducted Air Conditioning Units as well as the large-sized Package Units.
Our Scheduled Maintenance or Preventive Maintenance Plan ensures that your air conditioners are running smoothly throughout the year. We undertake a major service as well as minor services during the tenure of the contract and cover both indoor and outdoor units. Our scope includes but is not limited to :
- Cleaning of indoor and outdoor units, air filters, indoor coil and condenser coils to ensure better indoor air quality
- Pre-emptive checking for abnormal sounds/problems, short-fall of refrigerants, suction and discharge pressure of compressors, fan motors functioning, loosening of power and control wiring, any blockages in drier core etc.
